Lisa Pinto, District Director for Congressman Lieu and I will be meeting with the regional manager for Los Angeles USPS and supervisors for West Los Angeles Post Offices on July 27.

We would like to give USPS a report card.  Could you please fill out this short survey:

In the last month has your mail delivery improved?
— Are you getting your mail at a reasonable time?
— Are you getting your mail every day,  Mon – Sat?
— If you used vacation hold did it work?

Has your experiences at the Post Office improved?
— Does your post office have an ambassador?
— Are the clerks at the window helpful?
— If you have a PO Box, are you getting your mail in a timely fashion?

Briefly describe any other problems you have experienced recently.
